In this role, you will act as the “conduit” between our sales business partners and our company. These companies will represent us, our brands, and our partners brands within the SSA region. Your selection should show your understanding of primary emerging markets and saturation should be dependent on this. You will also be involved in active selling into these regions.

This position plays a critical role within our customer support centre by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving application questions and issues, providing education to clients on functions and features while working with them, and properly escalating potential problems as needed.
In this role you will provide customer training and product installation of the healthcare software solution on site and remotely.
